Revamping a Health-Tech App for Enhanced User Engagement

The Challenge

A patient-facing mobile app for managing chronic conditions had low adoption and high churn rates. Users found the interface confusing, and the app lacked features to keep them engaged in their health journey.

Our Solution

Through extensive user research and workshops, we redesigned the app from the ground up. We introduced a clean, intuitive UI, gamification elements to encourage adherence, and personalized health insights. The new design was prototyped and tested rigorously with real users before development.
